pybicc
A compiler and assembly interpreter with an inspectable graphical interface.
From source to execution
Pybicc compiles a C-like language into Intel 80x86 assembly and includes an interpreter for running the generated instructions. A PyQt6 interface exposes the intermediate stages.
Compiler components
The pipeline includes tokenization, parsing into an abstract syntax tree, code generation, and assembly interpretation. It supports functions, pointers, arrays, structures, and common control-flow constructs.
Interface and foundations
The graphical interface uses PyQt6 and PyQt-Fluent-Widgets. The project acknowledges Chibicc as a reference and was developed as a compiler-construction course project.
